近日，网络安全和信息化工作座谈会上的重要讲话指出“网络空间天朗气清、生态良好，符合人民利益。网络空间乌烟瘴气、生态恶化，不符合人民利益”。

杨圆圆在2020年2月创作的这段半虚构的“科幻敌托邦式的”视觉日志，是对即将于2020年3月1日开始执行的《网络信息内容生态管理新规》的回应。
